Jewelry items that are worn daily should be checked for excess wear every 4 to 6 months? 

Regular inspection for wear and loose stones may prevent further damage to your precious jewelry item and/or the loss of your stone.  Come in and have your jewelry checked it may save you the cost of extensive repair or replacement of lost stones.
